TJ Bio: As a sales trainer and consultant for Tony Hoty Training & Consulting, I bring over 15 years of experience with every aspect of the Home Improvement industry. After starting my career and setting records as a sales rep, I knew I could offer more, and began expanding my contributions. I spent years learning from true leaders in the industry, such as my mentor, Phil Wiley. I learned every aspect of sales management; recruiting, new hire training, sales rep development, vendor relations, marketing, shows and event management, sales tool development, and much more. All of that experience culminated in being recruited to start a brand new product division for one of the largest roofing companies in America. I’ve dedicated my life to the coaching and development of sales reps, and helping companies grow their business, and now, with Tony Hoty Training & Consulting, I can help so much more.
