Kyle Powers got his start in direct sales while working in new business development in the cable industry. He enjoyed a successful career building high performance door-to-door teams all across the country. In 2008 Kyle took a leap of faith in to the Home Improvement Industry. There he began developing very successful face-to-face lead generation programs and call center initiatives for Mad City Windows, AHT Wisconsin Windows, as well as Tundraland. The profound impact that Kyle has had on each of these organizations was momentous and measurable as he organized statewide marketing teams of nearly a hundred staff members. His abilities have been recognized by Pro Remodeler Magazine, naming him to their Forty Under 40 list of top industry professionals. Kyle’s integrity and hunger for personal development have also become evident in his personal life as a husband, father and pastor. Kyle has decided to take his passion for training, coaching and mentoring to a higher-level as he makes it his full-time career.
