Tony Hoty Training & Consulting reserves the right to deny refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues. In the event of a personal emergency, tickets may transferred to another member of your organization or may be credited toward a future event at the sole discretion of event organizers.
