TJ Parsons is a seasoned sales trainer and consultant for Tony Hoty Training & Consulting, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Home Improvement industry. Starting his career as a record-setting sales representative, TJ quickly recognized his potential to make a broader impact and began expanding his contributions to the industry.

Starting as soon as he graduated from training, TJ always went the extra mile, taking time to train and develop new salespeople and create powerful sales tools to make him and his teammates more effective. The years spent teaching others allowed him to master the elite sales system taught to him by his mentor and industry leader, Phil Wiley. As his command over the material and belief in the system grew over the years, so did his results. His hard work, selfless nature, and success developing salespeople earned him a lead role as a company wide trainer, taking on the responsibility of conducting all new hire development in the organization.

TJ would spend years mastering every facet of sales management—recruiting, new hire training, sales rep coaching, vendor relations, marketing, show and event management, sales tool development, and more. This extensive experience led to him being recruited to launch a brand-new product division for one of the largest roofing companies in America.

Within 3 months of his onboarding, TJ had built a scalable, profitable, retail-based sales division. Material vender partnerships began, financing was approved, a complete sales methodology had been created, along with a full sales presentation, and the time to start selling had arrived. Not only had he built the division, but he was also the only salesperson for this division. In only 2 weeks of selling, TJ generated over $600,000 in net sales volume. This immediate success reinforced an idea that TJ already knew to be true: The system is EVERYTHING.
